For many, stepping into the spotlight can feel like stepping into a dream. For Jeffrey Familaran, it’s a dream he gets to live out—one livestream at a time. From heartfelt performances to real-time conversations, Jeffrey proves that streaming isn’t just about being seen. It’s also about creating moments that make others feel seen, too.

“Aside from earning extra income, I wanted to feel the shoes of those people who are living part of their life under the spotlight, even just for a moment,” he shares. That simple intention sparked his journey on Kumu, where he’s since created a space filled with energy, music, and inspiration.

Jeffrey’s streams are known for their friendly, feel-good vibe. He loves singing and has a signature trick up his sleeve: he can sing both parts of a duet. “I love singing, and I can do both parties—dual voice,” he laughs. This playful, unexpected talent keeps his viewers engaged and entertained.

More than the performances, streaming has also allowed him to grow personally. “It helps me build up my social and virtual capacity to make more friends,” he says. Each livestream brings in new faces, conversations, and support, helping him build a strong and welcoming community.

One of his proudest and most memorable moments? Winning a Kumu Campaign—a milestone that changed everything. “The most memorable moment that ever happened to me being a streamer is when I won the campaign,” he says.

Outside of streaming, Jeffrey has a love for ice skating, a hobby that gives him balance and joy when he’s off-screen. And even as he explores new things, his Filipino roots remain at the heart of what he does. He often sings OPM and classic Filipino songs during his streams, while also sharing stories about how talented and creative Filipinos are.

Asked what he hopes people take away from his streams, Jeffrey keeps it simple: “Smile and inspiration.” Whether it’s through a song, a funny moment, or a short exchange, his goal is to lift spirits and make a small difference.
