BLACKPINK's Lisa has been honored with a unique and special tribute - a newly discovered flower species has been named after her! The Friesodielsia lalisae, found in Thailand, has been named in recognition of Lisa's influence and inspiration on a researcher who discovered it. The discoverer, Anissara Damthongdee, a researcher at Chiang Mai University in Thailand, has credited Lisa as her inspiration to overcome any obstacles during her Ph.D. study.



The fragrant flower species, which grows near streams in secondary forests, has captured the attention of BLACKPINK fans worldwide. Social media is abuzz with excitement and enthusiasm over the Lisa flower, with fans expressing their joy and admiration for the tribute.
