Q. What does 'fresh' mean to you, and how do you consistently strive to stay at the top of your game?
Jeff: Fresh to me means being authentic. I always love exploring new things and learning from the people I work with for my personal and artistic growth.
Q. Congratulations on winning the New Male Personality Award at the 6th Philippine Empowered Men and Women of the Year 2023! As a rookie actor, what does this award mean to you?
Jeff: Receiving this award signifies recognition for my efforts as an actor and an encouragement to keep growing and exploring my craft.
Q. As an actor, what kind of image do you prefer to portray to your audience?
Jeff: I would love to portray an authentic and diverse range of characters. I hope each character resonates with the audience and that they perceive them distinctly without a trace of Jeff in those roles. This is the level of effectiveness I aspire to achieve as an actor.
Q. With your looks, singing, and dancing skills, you could easily become an idol. Have you ever considered pursuing a career as an idol instead of an actor?
Jeff: I love performing on stage and entertaining people through dancing and singing, but for now, I want to focus on my acting career first.
Q. It's been a year since your acting debut. What important lessons have you learned, and what improvements have you noticed in your career?
Jeff: I've learned resilience and the importance of continuous growth. Despite facing numerous challenges and struggles, I refuse to quit and persist in doing what I love. Being recognized by my character name is a significant compliment, which signals an improvement in my craft.
Q. What's your message to your supporters?
Jeff: Thank you, Jeff Gems and JeffMoses OFC, for the love and all-out support. You guys motivate me to do more in this career, and I always know that you are all valued and appreciated.
