Minimalist, simple, and effortless. That’s how Vrix Gallano likes to keep his fashion sense. But behind the seams, our Life in Sync featured person has big dreams and puts in 110% when it comes to his passion—pursuing a career in social and mainstream media.
Vrix, a talented singer, successful business owner, and brand ambassador managed by Cornerstone Entertainment, is more than just a humble guy. While he’s a loving son and a driven businessman, his achievements speak for themselves.
He’s been recognized as TikTok’s Most Popular Creator in 2022 and Viewers’ Choice Award winner in 2023. But Vrix’s impact extends beyond social media and the Philippines. He was recently honored with the ASEAN Award for Innovation in Entrepreneurship and Social Impact at the ASEAN Excellence Achievers Awards 2024.
While astrology is not the be-all and end-all, Vrix believes his Libra traits play a significant role in his success. He credits his ability to balance his academic pursuits, influencer career, and business endeavors to his zodiac sign's inherent sense of harmony.
And the stars truly aligned as he ultimately rose to fame through his fitness, fashion, and modeling snapshots. But this multi-talented guy has something still up his sleeves to swoon you over. Vrix is a secret artist and only a few people know it, and now you’re one of them.
“One of my hidden talents is painting and creating art. It’s a way for me to express myself and communicate emotions that words sometimes can’t capture. It’s a personal passion that not many people know about,” Vrix confesses.
The digital creator is all about looking good. He’s fit and has a simple skin care routine that anyone can follow. Vrix focuses on cleansing, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen daily for protection. But like the saying goes, water is the best skin care. Vrix believes in staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet, paired with a daily workout. No wonder that Vrix has that natural glow that radiates through the screen.
But Vrix, at his core, is an explorer of all things—new career opportunities, hidden gems, finger-licking good food, and ways to hone his creative pursuits, among others.
“I am always seeking growth, both personally and professionally, and I thrive on exploring new opportunities that challenge and inspire me,” Vrix shares.
Off the screen, Vrix is into a lot of things, like reading, gaming, and traveling. He especially loves Thailand because of its amazing culture, fun traditions, and delicious food. But Vrix will always come back to his comfort foods adobo, sinigang na buto-buto, and igado (flavorful Ilokano dish) as it reminds him of home.
Being a digital influencer is more than just a title. It's a responsibility to use one's platform for good, since in today’s digital age, influencers have the power to shape perspectives and culture. Vrix understands this and strives to be a positive influence on his audience.
Vrix can't stand unfairness. He believes everyone deserves equal treatment and respect, regardless of their background or situation. He notes that this is his pet peeve and it bothers him when he finds people or situations that lack that sense of fairness.
With this, Vrix likes to be remembered as someone who could make others smile and feel lighter, “knowing I brought a bit of joy or comfort to someone’s day means everything to me.”
Vrix built his fame from the ground up and it’s not an overnight success. Hence, he would like to impart to aspiring and existing influencers to stay patient and authentic while making the moment work out for you.
“Remember that not every day will be your day, and that’s okay. Learn to respect others and their moments. Strike while the iron is hot, but never lose yourself in the process. Stay authentic and focus on spreading positivity online—be the reason someone smiles today,” he remarks.
