On display at B HOUSE is the extensive collection of capsule coffee machines, effortlessly aesthetic and easily lending character to any kitchen space. What is more impressive, the B COFFEE CO showroom on display encourages guests to try out the machines for themselves on the spot. True to B COFFEE CO’s brand, guests can indulge by being their very own barista.
B HOUSE serves big on sustainability, too. It is a drop-off point for used B COFFEE CO pods, which will then be recycled off. The cafe and lounge also receives coffee machine units for regular maintenance to ensure continuous optimal performance and a longer lifespan.
B Satisfied
Before B HOUSE transforms into a hotspot at night, it functions as a proper restaurant serving Asian dishes and other refined comfort food. The genius behind is none other than industry disruptor – CHEF KEL ZAGUIRRE.
“I’ve always taken delight in fusing bold combinations to surprise guests in every bite. It’s pure music to ears when they react with their ooohs and ahhhhs like they’re having a revelation or a lightbulb moment,” says Chef Kel, who has made a name for himself in breaking and making new rules in the kitchen. His proof of work includes Locavore, Poké Poké, Empingao, and Carnivale.
Infinitely curious, Chef Kel loves experimenting and discovering flavors no one knew they actually craved. Most famous for redefining Filipino cuisine during his stint at Locavore, he is now ready to make more magical culinary oeuvres as B HOUSE Executive Chef.
Chef Kel challenges himself by putting his own spin and style to some beloved comfort food favorites. The food selections here are meticulously prepared to ensure they pair well not only with the coffee and beverages available during the day, but also with cocktails and other drinks served during party hours.

More than the food, B HOUSE creates magical moments for guests with its sophisticated drink offerings. The master responsible for concocting these drinks is IAN SEDRICK LIBANG.
Ian is an award-winning mixologist, who has represented the Philippines in prestigious bartending competitions around the world. He is renowned for his work at Kermit, La Union and now aims to outperform himself with his new venture as B HOUSE Beverage Director. His beverage program here includes cocktails on tap and coffee brews using B COFFEE.
“B HOUSE is the culmination of my career throughout the years in mixology, so guests can enjoy provoking bites and sips from us, and we’re excited to awaken more brave palates appreciative of such concoctions,” he says.
Ian is on a mission to educate drinkers that cocktails on tap are in no way inferior to the traditionally prepared mixes. Cocktails on tap, in fact, prove to be a challenge for creative concocting as kegs demand acuity in execution to produce thoughtful blends on scale. Consistency in quality is the promise of cocktails on tap but with crafts coming in various shapes, sizes, and materials, drink aficionados are in for a few surprises on tap, from time to time.
For Ian, B HOUSE is his latest magnum opus where he can fuel his creativity while enchanting arbiters of taste.

Artistry at B HOUSE is evident beyond the bar and kitchen. The space also doubles as a playground for musicians and other artists who can match the beat of the city crowd.
For the ultimate night out experience, B HOUSE invites guest DJs to play and work up the crowd. The mix of tunes is as rich as its drinks and dancing here is highly encouraged.
The aesthetic of the space is courtesy of architects Mike Coscolluela and Raymond Zaparain, with the interior curation done by Rocky Legaspi and Miguel Alomajan of Rocket Sets. Rocket Sets is highly respected in the field of film and advertising production. The interesting blend of artistry thus makes B HOUSE a cinematic destination as well.
